Responsibilities: Collect appropriate approvals and manage territory change requests Assist on special projects on an ongoing basis Analyze Role/Forecast Hierarchy and Territory to enable new year sales planning Resolve opportunity ownership issues with respect to account ownership and/or role forecast hierarchy Communicate and educate account executives regarding appropriate guidelines Oversee and review customer account data management done by Sales Data Desk Associate Manage the day-to-day activities of the team Monitor training requirement of the team and ensure SLA adherence These are the skills and the professional experience you are required to have to apply for this job: Relevant experience with 3-5 years Proficient in MS office, specifically including vlookups and pivot tables Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated willingness to work in a team environment with diversity Detail-oriented, with a reputation for thorough process documentation creation, review, and training Demonstrates concern for achieving or surpassing results against an internal or external standard of excellence. Shows a passion for improving services with a commitment to continuous improvement Necessary technical knowledge, skills, and judgment to accomplish a result or to serve a customer's needs effectively.
